how to become a part of the LGBTQIA+ suite family

when you contact us:

 

Provide contact information for a designated liaison between your group and our Steering Committee if your group needs more info or is interested in participating.


Once your group indicates they would like to participate:

  • A member of our Steering Committee will be assigned to your group and will work with that liaison to coordinate receiving your room fee gift if donating, help with tips on how to start and maintain your volunteer lists for food/beverage and greeters for a time slot, and relay any communication as needed regarding the event and suite.
  • Help you begin the process within your group to secure volunteers for greeters, food/beverage service, and fundraising to cover any group expenses such as scholarships for people in your group to attend but cannot afford the event registration fee, service items, coverage of expenses for food/beverages as a group.
